  4.   While viewing the list, press <Escape> to
  5.  change the timer values or exit the program
  6.  and stop this test.
  7.  Use the arrow keys and page keys to move
  8.  through the list. 
  9.  Items on the list are explained on the next
  10.  screen.

  12.   Network: the Network ID if available.
  13.  Node: the Physical Node ID if available.
  14.  Unique User Information: the characters that
  15.  were entered when the program was started.
  16.  Date and Time: the last time a packet was
  17.  received or transmitted by this machine.

  19.   The asterisk on the right indicates which
  20.  line is the local information from the machine
  21.  you looking at.
  22.  Highlighted lines indicate nodes from which
  23.  this machine has not received a packet within
  24.  the dead timout period.

  26.   You can select the following timer values.
  27.  BROADCAST DELAY PERIOD: the number of seconds
  28.  between broadcasts from this station. 
  29.  Default: 15 seconds
  30.  DEAD TIMEOUT PERIOD: the time period within
  31.  which a transmission must be received from
  32.  another station or that station is assumed to be
  33.  "dead." If no transmission is received,
  34.  information about the transmitting station is
  35.  highlighted to indicate that it's probably dead.

  38.   All functions of COMCHECK are available from
  39.  the command line like this:
  40.  >COMCHECK /Bx /Dx nnn...
  41.     /Bx     Broadcast delay time in seconds.
  42.     /Dx     Dead timer value in seconds.
  43.     x       Up to four decimal digits.
  44.     nnn...  Unique user information.

  46.   This information is included in the broadcast
  47.  that is made from this station at regular
  48.  intervals. It must be something that uniquely
  49.  identifies this station such as location,
  50.  phone number, etc. 
  51.  This allows duplicate node addresses to be
  52.  detected.
